Unable to align map grid
So I am trying to test out this VTT for using in my campaigns, but it doesn't seem that I can align the map grid to my map. I have maps that already have grids that I have made or that I have bought on other websites, but I can't get the background map grid to align with the grid on the map. Is there something I'm missing or is this a failure within the system?
