I've poked around several of the TTRPG fandoms and there's very few who even know what skirmish is.

I'm wondering if there's been any active outreach to places such as Giant in the playground, Enworld, Mythweavers etc...

Roll20, Table Top Connect, and that web based VTT that Roll20 merged with, were successful Kick Starters that had plenty of buzz around them.

I'd imagine that the freemium web accelerated model will be attractive to many.

Hi Ken, we have reached out to a lot of these sites before, for example on our last campaign and when the open beta started. We are also in contact with publishers and rpg creators to be able to give original support for more systems. We think that promoting a kickstarter campaign on forums like enworld is best when you have something to actually show. Since the kickstarter campaign page is now pretty much final, the topics will pop up on these platforms during the course of the day.

Could try buying an advert banner at d20pfsrd for a week. It's the most popular pathfinder reference site there is. I'm not sure of their advert costs however, but others have bought funding ads there (3d terrain KS etc) and been successful.
