More UI Suggestions

Hi!

Currently, when wanting to add a new character, one has to click the symbol with the plus sign in the leftmost menu and then select "New" and then "Character".

It also seems that the character created, always defaults to a certain type (for example Hostile NPC) and if you want it to be something else, you'll then have to go to the details menu below, into the "General" section and change its "Type" to whatever you want it to be.

Same seems to be the case for lines, as there are 4 different types of them, but as with characters, the type can't be selected directly upon its creation. This feels slow and tedious, so here's my suggestion for an additional way to do it:

Let us be able to mouse right-click in the menu to add any new objects, and also to select which general type we want to create from that right-click dialogue window.

You could pretty much duplicate the current structure from the plus sign menu, with the addition of being able to select which type of character or tool to add.

Anyway, just a suggestion.

/K

That's a nice suggestion, but if you feel you are redoing them too often you can always export one you feel happy with to the char gallery (Export button near the plus button) and once you want to import it press Control+I or use the plus button - import - characters.

Alternatively make one and then clone it multiple times (Control+C or plus button - clone selected).
