This just means the client is trying to find a friendly and reachable self-hosted server to connect to.
By friendly it means a server run either by you or by another user added as a friend.
By reachable it means that:

• If the server is Online (Internet) it can be reached from anywhere
• If the server is Online (LAN only) it can be reached from within the same LAN only (e.g. people connected to the same router)

In other words, if you want that message to disappear either you or one of your friends have to get a self-hosted Skirmish! VT Server instance running in your or your friend's computer!
