Latest update not responding [SOLVED]

I loaded the client and server for the first time yesterday afternoon (5-13-16) and everything performed excellently.  Late last night, I loaded the update to the client and it is stuck at "processing game data" with no Kb transfer.  I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the downloads and the problem repeats.  I disable my security program and had no effect.

    Did you update the server as well? Both should read 3.0.2.0b at the top.

    Also if you mean it seems to be stuck while the please wait window is "disappearing" give it some time before closing it and it should load in the end, it will be fixed in the next update.

    Both read 3.0.2.0b.  I tried again and after 3 hours, still no loading.  I do have a screenshot if that will help?

    Ok, i was talking about 30 seconds, certainly not 3 hours. Are you loading from the server (when joining the server) a certain map or just a new map? A screenshot would be welcome for sure.

    Hi, if you could upload your screen here: http://postimage.org/ and then copy the link to the uploaded image to the image field when creating a forum post here, that would be very helpful. We'll see if it is possible to enable a direct image upload to the forums in the future.

    Does this error happen when you try to load a saved map/game of yours? Or does it happen on any map/game you try to load?

    It never progresses beyond the "Please wait...processing game data..."  The program shows 0k of 0k in and out with no kb/s transfer.

    The "Please wait" message never leaves and none of the toolbar options are available/function.

    dblankin, can you add "SkirmishSupport" (without the ") to your friendlist? Then we can run a couple of tests together.
