Thanks, we plan to have more layers on Skirmish and by extension the world builder; for example separate layers for roofs and trees so they get independent transparency settings (roof needs to always be fully transparent when inside a building while some people like their trees to be semi-transparent).
Oh, to add more depth and make it easier for our aspiring map builders we will also try to add auto shadows to layers such as trees, walls and even tokens so there could be a light setting that casts the shadows up to a certain degree. But that's only theory at the moment
It's exciting to hear about plans to enhance the map-building experience
with auto shadows for various elements like trees, walls, and tokens.
This addition would significantly streamline the process for aspiring
map builders, allowing them to focus more on creativity and less on
manual shadow placement.
Adding auto shadows for map-building elements such as trees, walls, and tokens sounds like a game-changer. It promises to simplify the process, empowering creators to unleash their creativity more efficiently. ayushman bharat
