Map Scale

I'd like to be able to scale the map more precisely in the main window. We use miniatures, placed on the VT, so we need o scale the map to suit them, which means pretty granular control over the map scaling, The current slider isn't precise enough. Ideally we need to be able to enter a scaling fact in numeric form, ideally supporting decimals, not just integers

The next version will support zooming in 0.5% increments and a textbox for fine tuning, as well as a min zoom of 20%  (used to be 5% increments and min zoom of 50%)
