It would be nice to be able to add functions to trap squares to freeze moving character token and spawning the appearance of props such as pits or incoming darts.
Also a player controlled pointer that can be seen by other players and the DM would be very helpful.
Hi m8, a "trigger" plug-in is listed in the planned features that will allow linking of props or doors to trigger tiles (which are currently labeled traps) to create platform puzzles, touch plates, traps, etc. :>
Can you explain the function of this player controlled pointer in more detail?
I found the trap spawn prop which works out great!
A pointer would be an arrow or other graphic to let the players highlight or mark a square on the map to bring attention to other players or question the DM without moving their token to the square.
Actually we once thought about adding something like this to the GUI; attention markers like they exist in League of Legends or other mobas that could highlight events on the minimap and the big map.
You can't trigger multiple props yet but the Trigger plug-in would allow that. It will be part of our upcoming kickstarter campaign. You can see all the planned features on the main page.
Btw, no need to be sorry. Questions are just as good as suggestions :>
And please keep the Beta running until after this weekend. I have a game on saterday evening (may 7th) and I want to show my group what Skirmish!VT can do
Hey guys, we intend to get a little more exposure before we settle for a new kickstarter date. After all, we want the next campaign to succeed... so yes, the beta will still be running on the 7th :>
