We mostly run Skirmish VT from a touch screen device (Surface Pro 3), since it is powerful, doesn't take up much space, doesn't need extra space for a mouse, is silent and have no trouble driving a HD/4K screen.
However some of the UI controls are extremely challenging using the Surface pen or pure touch. Ctrl Right click is a nightmare on anything but a mouse, for example. Right click on it's own is OK, Ctrl Left click is manageable, but anything more is hard.
Can the choice of UI control have an option for touch/pen as well as a mouse mode?

(PS: how do you do control left click on a touch screen without a keyboard? Also, how is right click handled on Surface?)
Also, we don't have access to a high res screens, if you could post screenshots of any issues you might find (really small windows or graphics or the like) that would be really helpful as well
Ah, I can see how that might be a problem.
You can get some really cheap Windows 10 devices (http://amzn.com/B012C4BLWM though they are SLOW) but I know you guys are in start up so money is tight. I'd lend you one, but you are the wrong side of the pond. Alternatively I don't mind testing and giving you feedback - though I'm not always responsive - I can be away for a few days at a time.
I'll happily post observations and screenshots.
Under Windows 10 touch a right click is a touch and hold for 3 seconds action. Combining this with holding a modifier key (Ctrl, shift etc) is hard. The Surface pen has a Right Click button, but it's still a click and hold (dumb, but true) and holding a modifier key is still a problem. Modifier keys are even more of an issue if you only have the onscreen keyboard - the OSK often gets in the way of what you want to click and can be a problem to hold for 3 seconds (strange but true). Ideally right clicks should not have any modifiers, though they could pop up a context sensitive actions menu (which is what Windows does).
Left click is easier, since it is a click rather than a hold.
The easy touch actions are:
