Hyperlinked maps

In our adventure this weekend the party explored a city. Most buildings are generic, but it would be great to link straight to key locations from the regional map, automatically transferring player tokens etc.

I don't know if I understand it correctly but could this problem probably be solved with the tabs suggestion from this post?: https://www.skirmish-vt.com/Community#/discussion/22/supoort-multiple-maps-per-game

I just read that tab suggestions and it's cool, but not quite what I had in mind. This more about linking an area on one map to one a tab containing another map. o we would add a link marker on a building, area, object etc. and that would quickly open the new map/image etc.

So basically you want to be able to teleport characters between maps? That'd need the map tabs in place first, hmm....
