Token Sliders are missing

I don't know if this should go in bug and tech help or general discussion. While creating tokens for for NPCs and PCs i can copy/paste an image for the token but I am unable to see the sliders for opacity, size, and rotation. Other clients connected to the server see these sliders and can adjust the tokens orientation, size, color, and opacity. Can someone please help I don't want to have the players constantly orientating tokens for me (the DM) during fights!

Update: I still am not able to see the token sliders and have tried redownloading, and creating new "Test" maps. I am still unable to adjust the settings for tokens. please help. Game day is rapidly approaching.

Update 2: Trying to keep this alive as I still can't see or use the sliders. I know Covid lockdowns have affected us all but this is getting kind of crazy...

I have never been able to do this either. I generally have to orient my token in external software based upon similar tokens already uploaded. I always orient them facing up. It's rather a hassle. Then again, this is free and does quite a lot. Just wish it was back up and running.

That's really unfortunate. I have had to resort to using 3rd party software as well. When you say "Just wish it was back up and running", does that mean they have ceased development?
