Skirmish server cannot reach master server
I get an error message where the Skirmish server cannot reach the master server and then it shuts down. It will not allow LAN connections which is all I really need.

Sometimes when our ISP performs maintenance the master server cannot be reached. However, I just logged in so the connection is active and you should be able to run Skirmish!.
