Looping .mp4 maps

I'd like to see more animated map support. If not .mp4's maybe something similar. Shoot me a price estimate for implementation maybe I can come up with something.

I would really love for Skirmish! to support animation in the future. However, first we need to make sure it works as intended as a platform. The new code would basically support 3D for animation, but we have yet to figure out how cpu/gpu heavy certain additions would be.
