Other player can't see any tokens

So Skirmish is working fantastically for me as DM, but when a player tries to join the map, he can't see any characters or their viewable area. If I move the PC character around he can see the fog of war being exposed, but it's all faded out. We're on the same LAN, if that matters.

@Errant That's because by default new players have no permissions to do anything. You need to change your player permissions and assign them vision and control permissions for one or more PCs (Game menu - Manage accounts if I remember correctly)
